Bengaluru: Orange Health, a leading health-tech startup building India’s fastest diagnostic lab service, announced that the company had strengthened its leadership team by joining five key executives as it prepares for the next growth phase.

With the onboarding of these five experienced executives, the leadership heft of Orange Health got further widened and is a vindication of Orange Health’s growth story. These crucial additions come when many startups are shying away from adding headcount and undertaking cost optimisation measures by rightsizing the employee pyramid.

Dhruv Gupta and Tarun Bhambra, Co-Founders, of Orange Health, commented on strengthening the leadership bench, said, “As founders of Orange Health, we believe that a team is only as strong as its members. Having strong & experienced leaders enable us to build a stronger, more scalable and more enduring business. All these leaders bring strong expertise in their functions and domain, so they can help us excel across all aspects of business building.”

“As we expand our footprint and business, we will continue to look for high-quality talent across our leadership and management roles,” they added.

One of the recent additions to Orange Health’s team is Bhargav who has been appointed as Head of Marketing. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Bhargav has served e-commerce giant Flipkart and global confectionery brand Cadbury across sales, branding, & marketing domains before joining Orange Health. With Rao coming on board, Orange Health’s initiatives to emerge as a consumer brand get a further fillip.

An alumnus of VIT, Vellore & NMIMS, Mumbai, Anmol Bajaj joined the Orange Health leadership team as Head of Partnerships & Corporates. With over 15 years of experience driving sales, partnerships, and digital commerce in marquee firms, including Wipro, Niva Bupa, and Pristyn Care, Bajaj’s deep experience & sales acumen is set to drive business growth at Orange Health.

Ajay Rajendran is another welcome addition to the healthtech startup’s senior talent base as Head of Product. Ajay, a seasoned product leader, has been an early product team member & leader at some of the marquee consumer product brands in the Indian startup ecosystem like Byju’s, PhonePe & Freecharge. His insights and expertise will enrich Orange Health in building world-class products and customer experience.

Rajendra Talekar has been appointed as Head of Engineering. A problem solver at heart, a health-tech enthusiast, and an engineering leader with experience in building teams from the ground up and scaling products from early MVP to running at a scale of millions of users, Talekar joins Orange Health after a successful stint in Practo for over a decade.

Johan D’souza heads the Finance team after leading in several senior roles at Unacademy, Eruditus, and Zopper, among others. An experienced MBA, CFA, and ACCA with over 16 years of experience, D’souza’s financial acumen is set to strengthen Orange Health’s balance sheet.
