Ahmedabad: Analytix Solutions, a leading knowledge processing outsourcing provider, has been recognized as a Great Place to Work, an award that reflects its commitment to the growth and career advancement of its employees.

Analytix has achieved the certification of Great Place to Work for the period between December 2022 and 2023 following an exhaustive survey by GPTW, the globally recognized leader in certifying great places to work. Analytix’s Trust Index score in the Great Place to Work survey was 75% against the industry benchmark of 70%, reflecting greater employee satisfaction.

“It is indeed a proud moment for us to be recognized as a Great Place to Work. The certification is a fitting recognition of the pro-employee exemplary policies and systems we have put in place. The certification also reflects our commitment to the growth of our team. We are proud of the hard work put in by everyone at Analytix to achieve the certification and are committed to becoming the employer of choice and attracting the best talent to cultivate competencies for the future and building a future-ready organization,” said Satish Patel, CEO and Founder of Analytix Solutions.

The certification comes just months after Analytix was declared the winner of the “Best Place to Work” award at the 9th edition of BPO Innovation Summit & Awards 2022 in August and awarded the ‘Best Employer 2022-2023’ award at The Gujarat State Best Employer Brand Awards 2022 by World HRD Congress and CHRO Asia, also in August. Analytix has also been ranked among the Top 100 Global Outsourcing Service Providers by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Analytix has also successfully onboarded around 400 employees in the ongoing financial year to bring its team size to 750/800. The rapid increase in this headcount comes in the wake of the announcement of the new IT/ITES Policy by the government of Gujarat. Analytix had signed an MoU with the state government to agree to an investment commitment of Rs. 250 crores to support the new policy.

“We have committed 1,500 to 2,000 additional jobs in Gujarat by 2025. Going by the current pace of team expansion and the projected recruitments, we are confident we will achieve the scale much before that and take Analytix to the next level,” said Mr. Patel.

Analytix opened its first office in Vadodara during the year and moved into a much bigger office in Ahmedabad. The company is committed to allowing local talent seeking to build a career in the fast-growing and immensely lucrative KPO industry. Separately, Analytix will hold its annual event for employees on January 28 at Club O7 in Shela, Ahmedabad. Employees from India and the US will participate in the event, which will feature a mix of formal updates about the company’s performance and growth plans, as well as several fun activities for the employees.

Analytix provides multi-divisional outsourcing specializing in technology-enabled and value-driven solutions to small & medium size enterprises. Analytix works closely with clients in the food and beverage industry, startups, professional services, retail, indoor sporting facilities, eCommerce, franchises, and durable medical equipment. Its cross-disciplinary domain expertise includes Accounting &Finance, Medical Billing, IT, and AV. It supports clients with efficient systems and processes, reliable data, and industry insights.
