New Delhi: Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha, has introduced ‘WTFund,’ a non-dilutive grant program aimed at nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit in individuals aged 25 and under. This initiative seeks to empower young visionaries with innovative ideas to drive change in their respective industries.

Kamath emphasized the pivotal role young entrepreneurs play in driving innovation and impact in the startup ecosystem. The core objective of WTFund is to foster an environment that encourages risk-taking among young entrepreneurs by providing them with comprehensive support.

Under WTFund, selected entrepreneurs will receive a non-dilutive grant of ₹20 lakh, allowing them to retain full equity in their ventures. They will also gain access to mentorship pods led by experienced operators and become part of a vibrant community within the WTFund ecosystem.

Over the course of one year, WTFund will support forty promising entrepreneurs through a rigorous screening process, guiding them until they secure their first institutional funding. The fund is open to investing across all sectors, offering emerging founders a holistic growth platform and the chance to connect with like-minded individuals.
