New Delhi: Trackon, India’s fastest-growing tech-enabled logistics and supply chain firm, has strengthened its leadership team becuase of critical hiring to reach a a turnover of over 1000 crore by 2027
The New Delhi- based company hired Mayank Dwivedi as their Head of sales and Marketing . His significant responsibilities would include: He will be responsible for establishing the Trackon brand in new products and markets like surface express, international services, and D2C businessgrowing and further strengthening the existing express business, both Channel and Direct. .
Mayank joins Trackon with over 18 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, while he previously worked in Delhivery as Vice President of Business Development.
Before that, Mayank handled vital roles in organizations like TNT India, Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co Ltd and SPOTON Logistics . He has experience spanning services like Cargo, Road express, Express,International Freight and LTL amongst others.
On joining Trackon, Mayank exclaimed, “I am excited to be a part of the Trackon family. Our journey of profitable and aggressive growth has already begun. By leveraging the vast network of almost 5000 channel partners and focussing on new products like surface express / International services, we will reach 1000 crore by FY 27 in a profitable manner. ”
Trackon is an express logistics company serving over 6500+ pin codes. By the end of Q2 FY 24, Trackon aims to increase the serviceable pin codes to 12000 +. At present, Trackon handles over 2.2 lakh consignments every day. The company launched its Surface Express product a few months ago.

Headquartered in Delhi, Trackon was founded by Mr P.K.Anand, Mr P.K. Singh, Mr Dinesh Rautela, and Mr Y.K.Dabas in 2004, with initial operations limited to Delhi and Mumbai. However, the company has since grown exponentially, serving 5,600 pin codes across the country with plans to expand its services to 12,000 pin codes over the next couple of years.
The company increased its revenue by 35% last year despite the Covid-19 pandemic. Revenues grew from Rs 222 crore in FY 2021 to Rs 301 crore in FY 2022.
