‘WiJungle’ a Unified Network Security Gateway that enables organizations to manage and secure their entire network through a single window. All In One Appliance not only simplifies the management but also cuts the investment cost by up to 60%. Data Security Council of India recognized WiJungle among the Most Innovative Product Of The Year 2018. It is extensively serving more than 15 ministries & PMO in the central government along with numerous state-level organizations.

Being an initiative under “Make in India” WiJungle, the only prominent player in the Unified Network Security space, has emerged as the Government’s New Face of Cyber Security. “Back in 2014, when the technology sector was dominated by foreign products and very few Indian companies were doing well and selling across the globe and in that moment of realization we knew that we had to build a world-class product. After a lot of the hustle and bustle, we came up with the concept of a unified cyber security platform in 2017. It took us almost a year to develop our product, post that we started with the POCs and the consumer ends and now it’s almost been 3 years since we are selling in the market not only in India but also globally”, said CEO of WiJungle, Mr Karmesh Gupta.

Talking about the challenges and vision for his venture Mr Karmesh tells Hello Entrepreneurs, “The significant challenges faced by network and endpoint security were Malware, Phishing, Data-Theft, Ransomware, and Patches and vulnerabilities. One can overcome the same by adopting a Holistic Data Protection Framework. Endpoint security is deployed and operated directly on endpoints, while network security tools protect against threats traversing the corporate network. We want WiJungle to be the go-to product for the cybersecurity problem globally. We are already serving in many countries, but ‘WiJungle’ goal is to become the most trusted and best-performing product for the users across the globe”.

Mr Gupta shared his point of view on the need for Cyber Security in India, “India requires a robust cybersecurity strategy that safeguards government systems, citizens, and the business ecosystem. As our country is one of the fastest-growing markets for digital technologies fuelling the government’s push toward actualising its Digital India mission. India now has over 1.15 billion phones and more than 700 million internet users and makes it a large pool of digitally vulnerable targets. The pandemic has only exacerbated this problem as it resulted in an even heavier dependence on digital technologies. We, the people of our country, are at a critical juncture, and we must integrate cybersecurity with our national agenda and weave it into broad initiatives, both strategic and socio-economic”.
