New Delhi: PrepInsta, a leading placement preparation platform, is now a part of AICTE’s (All India Council for Technical Education) NEAT 4.0 (National Educational Alliance for Technology) initiative. This partnership aims to empower Indian students with industry-relevant skills, preparing them for the competitive global job market. PrepInsta’s courses are now accessible through the NEAT 4.0 portal, transforming technical education in the country.
Founded in 2019, PrepInsta focuses on upskilling students in high-demand fields such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Data Science. These programs help students secure placements in top-tier global companies, including the Big 4 and FAANG. In addition, PrepInsta supports college management with a SaaS tool to track the complete placement process of every student, monitor their performance, and conduct customized assessments
Manish Agarwal, Co-founder of PrepInsta, stated, “This partnership with AICTE’s NEAT initiative is a step towards transforming the future of technical education in India. We aim to equip students with career-focused skills that make them employable in today’s rapidly evolving job market.”
PrepInsta offers a range of services, including Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) and tech skill-based learning through its Prime Subscription. It recently launched Optimus, a comprehensive platform for placement automation, assessment, and governance, further solidifying its role as a 360-degree placement partner for colleges and universities.
PrepInsta has already partnered with more than 100 colleges, including prestigious institutions such as GITAM University, SNS Group of Institutions, VIT University, SRM University, Karunya Institute of Engineering and Technology, NorthCap University, and Mangalayatan University. The platform aims to expand its network to 250+ colleges in the next fiscal year. “We have increased the placement rate by 25% and raised the average placement CTC by 40% for our partnered colleges, and we’ve brought over 100 hiring opportunities to these institutions,” added Manish Agarwal.
Launched in 2019, the NEAT initiative by the Ministry of Education focuses on providing tech education solutions to increase employability, particularly for students from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. As part of this mission, PrepInsta will offer free subscriptions to its courses through AICTE NEAT portal to benefit underprivileged students.
Recently, PrepInsta was acquired by Adda247, a leading EdTech platform, enhancing its ability to scale across India and make tech upskilling more accessible. With this acquisition and its role in NEAT 4.0, PrepInsta is poised to revolutionize technical education and bridge the gap between students and employment in India.
