New Delhi: Finvolve, a leading multi-stage venture capital (VC) fund committed to driving startup success from inception to scale, has announced plans to invest INR 300-350 Cr in 2025. This substantial funding will support 40-45 high-impact startups, reinforcing Finvolve’s mission to empower businesses with capital, expertise, and strategic guidance at every stage of their journey.
In line with its investment strategy, Finvolve will back startups across three critical phases: Seed, Pre-seed & Accelerator, and Growth & Late Stage. The fund intends to invest in 10-12 Seed Stage startups, 25-30 Pre-seed and Accelerator Stage ventures, and 4-5 Growth & Late Stage companies. This holistic approach aims to fuel groundbreaking innovations, scale businesses, and drive global impact.

Since its inception, Finvolve has consistently driven innovation and growth in the startup ecosystem. In 2024, the VC fund deployed INR 100 Cr to accelerate the success of 27 startups. Now, with a significantly larger allocation for 2025, Finvolve is doubling down on its commitment to founders who are pioneering next-generation solutions.

Through its strategic investment approach, Finvolve plans to deploy INR 50 lakhs to INR 1 Cr per startup via its Accelerator Fund and INR 4 Cr to INR 8 Cr per startup through its Seed Fund. These investments will provide early-stage startups with critical resources to accelerate their market entry and innovation trajectory.
