New Delhi: CleverTap, a leading customer engagement platform, has recently introduced the Retention Accelerator program, aimed at supporting startups globally. The program offers early-stage startups free access to CleverTap’s comprehensive retention platform, which holds a value of up to US $100,000. In addition to the platform access, participants will also benefit from personalized mentoring sessions with CleverTap experts and networking opportunities with industry leaders and investors.

The accelerator program will support ten startups each year, with each cohort comprising five companies. The primary objective of the initiative is to assist digital-native startups in enhancing user engagement and conversion rates by personalizing and optimizing customer touchpoints on their platforms. The 1:1 mentoring sessions provided through the program will help entrepreneurs and growth teams refine their retention strategies and align them with their business goals.

The CleverTap Retention Accelerator program follows a structured timeline. From May to June 2023, aspiring participants will have the opportunity to apply for the program. In July 2023, the first cohort of participants will be announced. From July to December 2023, the selected fellows will work closely with CleverTap, benefiting from valuable mentoring sessions. This collaborative environment will enable participants to enhance their skills and gain in-depth knowledge of the CleverTap platform.

It is worth mentioning that CleverTap had previously launched its CleverTap for Startups (C4S) initiative in November 2022. The C4S initiative aimed to support startups in their customer engagement efforts by providing them with access to CleverTap’s platform and resources.

With the introduction of the Retention Accelerator program, CleverTap further strengthens its commitment to nurturing and empowering startups. By offering valuable tools, mentoring, and networking opportunities, CleverTap aims to help startups develop robust customer engagement and retention strategies, thereby driving sustainable growth in their businesses.
