New Delhi: Ameera Shah Managing Director of Metropolis Healthcare in some recent news Ameera Shah has said that women entrepreneurs face more challenges than men in internal and external factors and why said this let’s know about it by Ameera Shah women entrepreneurs struggle more in entrepreneurship and we can say that this is not true but if we can see that both Man and Woman both struggle more and there are nothing false to say this but we can say that entrepreneurship not easy for anyone who is entering in entrepreneurship they want to struggle this is true and there many things where they want to struggle and there are internal and external challenges where both want to struggle.
But if we see the viewpoint of Ameera Shah there are some things that they have said that there is very important for leaders because in this field we want perfect management then only we can achieve success and the leader wants to be humble and kind to this so by this employees will love to work there and they will work properly by this and she said in this entrepreneurship she learned many things like resilience, grit for successful and there is want some patience in this field so we want some patience for anything and leader want to experience to guide the employees and their nothing to do with one person because one person can’t handle all things in the entrepreneurship.
For women, there are many challenges they want to face in the industry, and in some companies, there are internal and external challenges they want to face in entrepreneurship there are challenges like meeting some of the company owners and with industry owners for work and there are some challenges which are quite getting problems with and there are such problems which are meant to ownership and leader want to very kind and very patience full so the employees get more confident to work and there are some of the things that want much importance like managing and the Ameera Shah said she has faced both internal and external challenges are would be very stressful and then after staying in patience and after try sometimes more time and after that she has followed some rules of there and now she is successful women and most know her in India.
Ameera Shah said that growing up with parents and then parents will find a man for marriage and then after women a housewife and parents said that women are not capable of men but this is not true women can also do entrepreneurship and the proper example is the Ameera Shah which is successful women and if the parents are supporting then women can achieve many things their life and proper support is the main reason of success and the most of thing which are said that success is simple to achieve but success is not simple to achieve in the life this is a very difficult thing to achieve like this is not a degree which is by study’s and learned something about the something and then give an exam and after that we pass out this is not that thing which is quite difficult to achieve.
There are such issues that are raised in entrepreneurship which are challenges that are quite difficult to handle any such issues are stressful for the leaders and the employees want proper guidance by which the employees will get proper knowledge and by this, only the employees want to educate properly and their such problems they want to guidance for the work then only they will work the properly without any problems and the women want to give proper guidance to employees which quite difficult because such problem is normal and this problem will get properly cleared and men are very essay to struggle and women want to struggle more than men in the entrepreneurship this is said by Ameera Shah but we say honestly this is not correct what they have said because in this entrepreneurship there are such problems which are very difficult to solve and this what struggle says n the entrepreneurship so both men and women have a problem and struggle in this entrepreneurship.
