New Delhi, June 15: Unicommerce, India’s leading integrated SaaS platform for post-purchase experience management, will add 150+ team members in FY23, expanding its workforce by 50%. 

Most of the positions will be in the technology and operations domain, with Unicommerce looking to strengthen the teams to meet the growing demand for its platform amongst retail companies and D2C brands in India and outside. 

As an integrated retail-tech SaaS platform, Unicommerce processes more than 450 Mn orders annually, amounting to a sizable share of India’s e-commerce volumes. 

Unicommerce has continued its fast-paced growth in India. More than 3000 brands and retailers work with Unicommerce, including most of India’s D2C brands and roll-up firms. Unicommerce’s solutions help brands run automated warehouse operations and offer a unified omnichannel experience to end consumers. Unicommerce enables marketplaces to plug in third-party inventory and helps brands sell across multiple marketplaces, all from the convenience of single-window SaaS solutions. 

2000+ stores, 7000+ facilities and 160+ network integrations are proof of Unicommerce’s wide reach in the retail ecosystem. 

Unicommerce has worked with 15,000+ customers, including SMEs and enterprise clients, for its order, inventory, and warehouse management solutions. 

The hiring will also support Unicommerce’s growing international operations. Unicommerce is now present in 14 countries, including India and countries in the Middle East, South-East Asia and Africa and expanding rapidly across newer geographies. 

Since the beginning of the fiscal year, Unicommerce has onboarded 40 new team members, with another 20 more candidates expected to join this month. Beyond technology and operating roles, Unicommerce is also hiring for senior marketing positions.

Unicommerce has doubled its workforce over the last two years to support its rising client base while maintaining strong unit economics. The hiring will also help Unicommerce in product enhancement and launching new solutions to automate further and streamline e-commerce operations for its vast seller network.
