New Delhi: Recently, a shocking incident involving the multinational tech giant Infosys made headlines. On Friday, February 7, Infosys reportedly laid off 400 trainee employees, essentially forcing them to resign. The news has stirred a lot of reactions because it’s not something you’d expect from such a big company. Infosys gave a different version of the story to the media, claiming that the layoffs were necessary, but many feel it was handled badly. The whole situation has raised questions about the way companies treat their employees, especially when they’re just starting out in their careers.
On 6th of February, a 24 years old girl received an email that she had a meeting tomorrow in the meeting the girl had to sign an agreement of termination, and she was forced to resign from their job because she had failed training a month ago but the girl has said that she was passed and the after she joined the company and Infosys has said that she was failed that’s why she was terminated and the media has questioned four trainee employee that what’s the actual reason and they said that the tests are created difficult by them so the employee will not join this company and one candidate has waited for 2 years of onboarding but the after that they have signed an agreement of termination that they are leaving this company for some reason.
Like other employees, the 24-year-old girl entered the Infosys campus the security guard forcefully took the electronics gadget and bag from the girl when she entered to cabin in the cabin there was an HR staffer who made given agreement for the girl said to sign this and the agreement was the separation agreement from the company and she was forced to sign that agreement and after the agreement signed she has received a 25000 salary or we can say that she gets compensation and after that, she was taken out of the campus forcefully by the security guard she was very depressed and she was taken to hospital and she has waited for 2 years for onboarding and then she was taken out of campus she was said to the media.
Once the agreement was signed the company took the laptops from the employees which were given by the campus and escorted them to a bus they asked to leave the campus immediately some the people are regretting to join the meeting and some people fainted and some people took to the hospital they have given no a time to leave the city so then they can arrange the travel to head back their home some people have booked hotel for the night and after that they have gone to their home means all the meant that Infosys has done a very bad things for their employees and the forcefully resign is most bad thing they have done with employees.
After these many people were depressed and they have decided to go home and never join this company this incident Infosys much hate on the internet and social media also everyone in media has said that Infosys is the worst company ever for the employees are working in this company by this Infosys have a very worst impression in the market and such people are thrown at the road without any sources by this people are not ready to work in the company and some other campus such employees gave resign from the job.
