The event hosted over 100 companies, including Mercedes, NoBroker, Slice, Razorpay, Freshworks, Ola, Deloitte, CricBuzz, Wework, Reliance, and HSBC, and highlighted the importance of skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability in data-driven decision-making.
FunctionUp aims to upskill and reskill the workforce and increase the retention rate by addressing the underlying issues that may affect a company’s long-term viability. The Bootcamp recently launched new cohorts to find a solution to the crunch of skills existing in Web Development, Data Science and Data Analytics, UI/UX, and Business Development to create opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship.

FunctionUp has partnered with companies like NoBroker and Albernaro to upskill their existing employees and aims to project upskilling about 35,000 employees altogether by the end of 2023.
