Surat: The diamond city of Surat is witnessing a unique Mango Festival and Mega Exhibition of Mango Varieties organized by Gujarat Agro and Horticulture Department, Gandhinagar at Gujarat Vibrant Exhibition at AURO University. New Delhi: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Monday dismissed two petitions filed by Vedanta Limited. In these petitions, the company had challenged the selection of Adani Enterprises Limited’s bid for the debt-ridden Jaiprakash Associates Limited. A two-member bench comprising Justice Ashok Bhushan and Technical Member Barun Mitra observed, “No grounds have been made out by the appellant (Vedanta) to warrant interference with the decision of the Adjudicating Authority (NCLT).” The bench stated, “The appeal lacks merit.
