New Delhi: In a strategic move to strengthen employment opportunities and empower businesses in the Vidarbha region, Apna.co, India’s leading jobs and professional networking platform, has signed a MoU with Advantage Vidarbha 2025, an initiative organized by the Association for Industrial Development(AID) Nagpur. With 3000 business associations and 3 Lakh+ companies expected to benefit, this initiative represents a total valuation of INR 60 crore, creating a significant employment boost for the Vidarbha region.
This partnership aims to enhance workforce development, hiring practices, and business growth for MSMEs, startups, and industry associations participating in the initiative. The collaboration provides hiring credits worth INR 2,000 per company, unlocking free job postings and access to a database of 100 candidates per organization.
The MoU was formally signed by Ashish Kale, Chairman of AID Nagpur, along with Nirmit Parikh, Founder & CEO of Apna.co, and Dr. Preet Deep Singh, Vice President of Apna.co, in the presence of the Honourable Minister of Road Transport & Highways of India, Shri Nitin Gadkari, and other industry leaders.

The initiative will span key industries, including MSMEs, logistics, manufacturing, IT, and startups, driving broad economic impact. Additionally, Apna will deliver periodic impact reports, tracking business participation, hiring trends, and measurable employment outcomes.
