New Delhi: Amazon India has introduced Sale Event Planner, a new tool to assist sellers with planning upcoming and ongoing events on Amazon, ahead of this year’s Prime Day Sale on July 15 and 16. Sellers can access the planner on the Amazon Seller app to be aware of upcoming events.
As one of the most crucial things to do to maximise sales during an event, amazon stated sellers could use this tool to opt-in to give fantastic discounts on the sale event and get advice on the best inventory to stock up on. “It will be available to all sellers with at least one deal recommendation and use the seller app,” Amazon India said in a statement.
“Amazon sale events are great opportunities for sellers of all sizes to promote their products and expand their customer base by offering attractive deals. Our approach at Amazon has always been to use technology to enable sellers across India to scale up their business by catering to customers anywhere in India, using e-commerce,” he said.
This year, SMBs will introduce over 2000 new products in areas like home and kitchen, fashion and grooming, jewellery, handmade goods, etc., including Divine Feather, Pastel Homes, Macca, and Never Lose.
Additionally, over 400 Indian and international businesses, including onePlus, IQOO, Realme Narzo, Samsung, Motorola, boAt, Sony, AleenSolly, Lifestyle, and more, will introduce over 45000 new items.
