New Delhi: Novatr, a homegrown ed-tech startup transforming the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, has announced the appointment of two new members to their leadership team to accelerate their hyper-growth trajectory. Mishu Ahluwalia (Ex-founder of GoHive Coworking, KIWI & Roofpik.com) has been appointed as the Chief of Staff and Rajat Tiwari as the Vice President of Sales. 

  •      Mishu brings more than 22 years of experience in building and growing startups across the technology, real estate, and e-commerce domain. His expertise lies in driving scale for businesses across B2B and B2C verticals, and has a successful track record in building sustainable and profitable business models. 
  •      With a vast experience in sales, especially in the EdTech domain, Rajat has held leadership roles at leading EdTech startups like Byju’s and will be responsible for driving Novatr’s projected revenue growth of 12X by FY2024.

With more than 22 years of work experience across domains like technology, real estate and e-commerce Mishu has successfully co-founded 2 startups GoHive and Roofpik. A disruptor at heart, Mishu serves as an advisor to multiple startups and is also an early-stage investor. His expertise lies in driving scale for businesses across B2B and B2C verticals and has a successful track record in building sustainable and profitable business models. As the Chief of Staff at Novatr, Mishu will be responsible for various functions, including business growth & strategy, partnerships, crisis management and finance.

With vast experience in sales especially in the EdTech domain, Rajat has held leadership roles at leading EdTech startups like BYJU’s and Camp K12. An experienced leader in sales and strategy, Rajat is highly skilled in managing large teams, driving tech adoption in sales, establishing cogent sales processes and creating growth opportunities for brands. He was independently responsible for the inside sales project for North India, leading a team of nearly 250 people at BYJU’s & BYJU’s Aakash. As the Vice President of Sales at Novatr, Rajat will play a key role in establishing sales processes across verticals and fostering cross-functional collaborations within departments. His addition to the team will be pivotal in terms of driving Novatr’s projected revenue growth and expansion.

Currently, Novatr is clocking an ARR of $8 mn. The platform offers a range of courses and programs, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computational Design, to help learners build critical skills and stay ahead of the curve. The brand recently announced that they’ve raised $1.2 million in seed funding from Y Combinator, Powerhouse Ventures, Soma Capital, and notable angels like Amit Ranjan, Co-Founder of Slideshare.
