What to expect from Apple upcoming event in October

New Delhi: Apple may organise their event in October, where it might launch some awaited products that are in rumours, and the most awaited part that should be their next-generation M5 MacBook Pro, which might arrive at the end of October, according to some sources. The company might push the debut to early 2026 instead. There is a noticeable point that the company released both its M3 and M4 MacBook Pro variants on October 30 of previous years, the M3 at the Scary Fast event in 2023, and the M4 on the final day of the multi-day product rollout in 2024. The company may launch the M5 MacBook Pro in October, but may make it available in early 2026.

In some reports, it has been reported that Apple is approaching mass production of its upcoming MacBook Pro models. These devices are still slated for the releaser between the end of this year and the first quarter for next year, but it’s exciting to know these are nearing key stage. Supporting the possibility of an imminent launch, the US Federal Communications Commission recently disclosed filings that appear to reference the M5 MacBook Pro, alongside two other anticipated Apple products like the M5 iPad Pro and the Vision Pro second generation.

Industry observers suggest that Apple faces two probable paths forward: the company could either launch the M5 MacBook Pro later this month, potentially through a dedicated event or a series of smaller announcements similar to last year’s strategy or hold the product until early 2026. Given Apple’s typical product release patterns, the company could announce the M5 MacBook Pro in October even if the actual shipments don’t begin until later this year. Apple is also expected to unveil five or more products in the coming weeks, though the company has not officially confirmed its plans for the M5 MacBook Pro or provided a launch timeline.
