New Delhi: Vivo has finally introduced its latest and most-awaited two devices in India. Vivo has launched its Vivo X300 Ultra and compact flagship Vivo X300 FE. This latest Vivo X300 Ultra brings ZEISS-tuned lenses alongside an extender kit, whereas the Vivo X300 FE offers similar features at an affordable price, which is loved by many users.
Vivo X300 Ultra
It features a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a high 144Hz refresh rate alongside Dolby Vision support and HDR10+. It houses a massive 6,600mAh battery, which is supported by 100W wired charging and also supports 40W wireless charging. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 onboard storage.
Out of the box, it runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. In terms of the camera, which is one of the most major parts of Vivo’s X300 series, it comes with a 200MP Sony LYTIA 901 main camera sensor with CIPA 6.0, alongside a 50MP Sony LYTIA 818 ultra-wide camera sensor with CIPA 6.5 and a 200MP telephoto lens with CIPA 7.0. It is available in Eclipse Black and Victory Green color options.
Vivo X300 FE
It features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate alongside 5000nits of peak brightness and HDR10+. It houses a 6,500mAh battery which is supported by 90W wired charging, and it also supports 40W wireless charging. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with up to 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 onboard storage. Out of the box, it runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
In terms of camera specs, it comes with a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto camera sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor; and on the front, there is a 50MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling. And it is available in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black color options.
Vivo X300 Ultra is priced at Rs 1,59,999 for the top variant. In comparison, the Vivo X300 FE is priced at Rs 79,999. However, the Extender Kit will be sold as accessories. Pre-booking has started, and it will be available from May 14.
