The battery is larger than rival’s 

This Vivo X Fold 5 features a 6000mAh battery pack, which is pretty larger as compared to its direct rival, recently launched Samsung Z Fold 7, which offers a 4400mAh battery pack, which has a difference of 1600mAh from the latest launched Vivo X Fold 5. In terms of battery, Vivo is pretty ahead as compared to the Samsung Z Fold 7. 

Last-Generation Flagship processor 

Samsung Z Fold 7 has offered a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is the latest flagship processor, but in this case, Vivo has offered a last-generation flagship processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which is faster but not faster than the Snapdragon 8 Elite. This will be the noticeable thing for the users while they are planning to purchase this smartphone. 

Competition Pricing

The recently launched Samsung Z Fold 7 costs Rs 1,74,999, and the latest launched Vivo X Fold 5 is priced at Rs 1,49,999. In this, there is an Rs 25,000 difference in the cost of Vivo X Fold 5 and Samsung Z Fold 7. Discount offers are available, and no-cost EMI options are also available on both of these foldable phones. 

Vivo X Fold 5 is not as slim as some rivals 

Vivo X Fold 5 is measured at 9.2mm thickness, but the Z Fold 7 is measured at 8.9mm thickness, and on the other hand, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is 10.5mm thick, which is thicker than the Vivo X Fold 5. 

Vivo X Fold 5 triple camera setup

Vivo X Fold 5 features a triple camera setup, in which users will get a 50MP rear camera sensor with OIS support, a 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor, and a 50MP IMX882 3x optical camera sensor. But in the Samsung Z Fold 7, there is a triple camera setup. Vivo has slightly good competition for their rivals because Vivo cameras feature ZEISS  cameras, which are used in this smartphone.
