Vivo gears up for X Fold 5 launch: What to expect from the flagship foldable

New Delhi: Vivo might be launching a new era of foldable phones globally, and they have decided to compete with other brands that are delivering this technology, such as Samsung, Motorola, Tecno, and OnePlus. Vivo has also teased that this foldable phone will be more affordable than the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro. This foldable masterpiece should be called the Vivo X Fold 5, set to launch soon globally. Vivo expects the Vivo X Fold 5 to be well-received by many users who have already used the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro.

It might feature an 8.03-inch 2K resolution AMOLED main display with a smooth scrolling screen of 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.53-inch LTPO OLED cover display, similar to a primary display; it will also be supported by 120Hz refresh rate so that users can perform their routine tasks in this phone smoothly without facing any issues.

Some Sources claim that it is expected to offer a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, allowing users to perform tasks and play games smoothly without any lag or screen issues while operating. For storage, there will be 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The Vivo X Fold 5 may be equipped with a 6000mAh battery pack, enabling users to perform tasks for a longer period throughout the day. For charging, it is expected to support both 90W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging; however, no sources have confirmed this. The foldable phone pricing has not been confirmed by any sources yet.
