Toyota Kirloskar launches next-gen experience Museum in Bengaluru

New Delhi: Toyota Kirloskar Motor has proudly launched the Toyota Experiential Museum, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle and cultural hub by Toyota to bring together the Indian philosophy of mindful living and Japanese culture, along with the advanced technology under one roof. Located at the City’s Phoenix Mall of Asia, the Toyota Experiential Museum reflects the belief that mobility and innovation transcend vehicles. This Museum, spread across 8,200 sq. ft on the mall’s ground floor, the Toyota Experiential Museum delivers a five-senses experience with the captivating visuals, soothing sounds, distinctive scents, inviting textures, and flavours that blend Japanese minimalism with Indian warmth.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Tadashi Asazuma, Deputy Managing Director, said that, “At Toyota, our vision of creating Happier Paths Together goes beyond mobility; it is about inspiring experiences that connect people, cultures, and emotions. With tem (Toyota Experiential Museum), we hope to offer truly unique experience that embodies this spirit.” He also added, “In India, we found inspiration in the practice of Sadhana, the mindful pursuit of inner balance and fulfilment. tem (Toyota Experiential Museum) is where the Japanese culture and values of precision, serenity, and respect for nature beautifully align with the spirit of Sadhana, making tem a meaningful blend of both. Designed to engage the senses and spark reflection, it brings together art, technology, and craftsmanship to inspire mindfulness, especially amongst the youth.”

Tem offers clam, minimalist spaces designed for exploration at user own pace. Visitors can enjoy immersive rooms, browse curated collectables at the Merchandise Shop, or relax with a refreshing cup at the interactive Matcha Corner—seasonal Pathways. Step into the immersive projections reflecting Japan and India’s shared seasons. Light, colour, and motion recreate summer warmth, monsoon calm, spring bloom, and autumn glow, highlighting nature’s rhythm and beauty across both cultures. A vibrant audio-visual performance by Toyota and DRUM TAO celebrates harmony between Japan and India. Music becomes the shared language, filling the space with energy, emotion, and connection that lingers beyond the experience.

Art Installation Visitors encounter a striking centrepiece, a cascading water curtain surrounding a satin-draped car. Sparkling reflections, cool mist, and gentle water movement create a serene, almost ethereal atmosphere. The Merchandise Zone offers curated pieces blending heritage with modern lifestyle. Each collectable is handpicked, celebrating simplicity, craftsmanship, and the essence of the Toyota Experiential Museum. Those who came as guests can enjoy Japanese matcha reimagined with Indian flavours. Highlights include mango-infused twist, blending tradition with local vibrancy for a refreshing, cross-cultural experience.
