New Delhi: Tata Motors has introduced a special Stealth Edition of its best-selling SUVs, the Harrier and Safari, in India. Available in a limited quantity of 2,700 units only, this edition was unveiled for the first time at the Auto Expo 2025 and includes some special design and feature enhancements.
Price & Variants:
The Tata Safari Stealth Edition is priced at ₹25.29 lakh (ex-showroom) and is offered based on the Accomplished Plus variant. It is offered in both manual and automatic forms, with an additional option of a six-seater configuration.
The Harrier Stealth Edition is priced slightly lower, at ₹25 lakh (ex-showroom), and offers a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox. Both these cars are priced ₹25,000 higher than their Dark Edition counterparts.
The largest highlight of the Stealth Edition is its matte black finish, which makes it look bold and aggressive. It also receives 19-inch black alloy wheels that enhance its road presence.
Inside, Tata has maintained the theme all-black, with top-end black leatherette furniture. The seats get a granite black finish, and there are some minor tweaks to the dashboard. As a reminder that you are in something unique, the “Stealth” badging is visible inside the cabin.
Both the Harrier and Safari Stealth Editions are driven by the same 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine, making 168 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. The Safari is available with both manual and automatic transmissions, whereas the Harrier receives a six-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
