New Delhi: Sony has given fans their first look at two brand new PlayStation controllers made just for Grand Theft Auto VI. It was made at a State of Play event and gamers are keen for them.
The two controllers will be known as the DualSense Wireless Controller Grand Theft Auto VI Black Limited Edition and the DualSense Wireless Controller Grand Theft Auto VI White Limited Edition. They both are emulating the sunny, neon lit environment where Grand Theft Auto VI happens to take place.
Both controllers are shiny and colored, with warm hues from a Vice City sunset and the glowing of the city’s neon lights during the night. This features small palm tree designs on the actual controller, as well as official branding of the Grand Theft Auto VI title.
There are two versions that each have their personality. In the day light the white controller is supposed to look more like Vice City with a more light and beachy theme of white sand and pastel colored skies. The black one, in contrast, is constructed to recapture the wild nightlife in the city, with the design being dark and more energetic.
As for the DualSense features both controllers boast the same as the DualSense including haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, all of which help to influence what you’re seeing on screen and create a more realistic sensation when playing.
As for pricing, each controller will cost $84.99 in the US, £74.99 in the UK, and €84.99 in Europe. Pre-orders start September 10 with the controllers due to go online November 19 the same day as the release of Grand Theft Auto VI.
US, UK, and some European fans will be able to go directly to direct.playstation.com to pre-order. The controllers will be sold by select retail shops in other areas. Free delivery will also be available to people ordering direct from Sony.
These limited edition controllers are poised to be hot sellers as the popular Grand Theft Auto VI game is one of the most expected of all time. Those wanting one, are being urged to look out for the pre-order date and get their in before that window!
