New Delhi: In some reports, it has been claimed that the One UI 9 beta program is now restricted to the Galaxy S26 devices. Samsung is internally testing the Android 17-based build on many other Galaxy devices, including several mid-range devices.
This suggests Samsung may soon allow them to participate in the beta program. List of Galaxy devices that have been spotted on Samsung’s servers with the One UI 9.0 experiment firmware:
- Galaxy S25 series
- Galaxy A57
- Galaxy A34
- Galaxy A17 5G
- Galaxy Z Fold 8
- Galaxy Z Flip 8
- Galaxy Z Fold 7
This doesn’t guarantee a quicker One UI 9 release for these devices, but it might mean Samsung might be looking to extend the ongoing beta program to them.
One UI 9 beta program is now available for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra, with no official announcement regarding its expansion. Based on the past releases, users can confidently say that the beta expansion to other Galaxy devices should be around the corner.
