New Delhi: After Realme confirmed that they are going to power up their upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which will power the smartphone in terms of performance and gaming. But now, Realme has recently confirmed that they have teamed up with Ricoh, which is going to integrate with the latest upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro, and this collaboration aims to develop imaging systems for the Realme phones, which will offer customisation.
This latest technology is set to debut on October 14, introducing advancements in optical capabilities, colour algorithms, imaging tones, and the custom user interface design. Over the past few years, both companies have worked together to create the upcoming Relame Ricoh imaging solution. Realme GT 8 Pro will feature film-like aesthetics and the five classic image tones. This innovation is expected to enhance street photography experiences for the users. The handset is anticipated to be officially released later this month.
Realme’s move aligns it with the other China-based original equipment manufacturers collaborating with the camera companies. Xiaomi has partnered with Leica Camera AG for the mobile imaging experience. Vivo collaborates with Zeiss for its high-end models’ camera systems. Oppo works with the Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad to co-engineer a mobile imaging system. OnePlus is developing its proprietary camera engine, set to debut with the upcoming OnePlus 15. Realme aims to provide tools for authentic image capture and personal expression by merging conventional camera experiences with mobile photography through this partnership.
