New Delhi: Redmi has recently reported they have started preparing the Redmi Turbo 6 series of performance-aimed flagship phones. This upcoming lineup is likely to include two models, namely the standard Turbo 6 and the more powerful Turbo 6 Max.
This rumor has been gradually revealing the details about the Max variant, and the latest leak sheds light on its battery size. The upcoming Turbo 6 Max is currently being experimented with a massive 10,000mAh battery.
Its battery capacity is going to be larger than that of the forthcoming Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, which is also rumored to sport a huge 10,000mAh battery. The device is going to feature a minimalist dual-camera setup on the rear.
Several reports indicate that it might adopt a horizontal camera module, offering it a distinct look compared to the earlier generation. Reports also mentioned that the device is slated for a January debut, a timeline that was also highlighted by reports.
Redmi Turbo 6 Max is going to come with a 7-inch flat OLED display with a 2K resolution and a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9-series processor. However, the official name of the processor remains unknown; it might be called the MediaTek Dimensity 9600s. Redmi Turbo 6 Max is likely to feature a metal middle frame and carries an IP68/ IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. It is stated to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
