New Delhi: So, finally, Xiaomi has unveiled its latest Redmi Pad 2 Pro in India. This latest tablet was debuted in India recently during an event in New Delhi, which also witnessed the debut of the Redmi Note 15. This latest Redmi Pad 2 Pro is offered in two colour options. Redmi Pad 2 Pro price in India starts at Rs 22,999 for the Wi-Fi only version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. This same configuration with Wi-Fi + 5G connectivity version costs Rs 25,999. This latest tablet from the Xiaomi sub-brand will go on sale in India on January 12 through the Xiaomi online store.

Redmi Pad 2 Pro runs on HyperOS 2, which is based on Android 15. The company promises five years of OS updates and 7 years of security updates. The table is equipped with a 12.1-inch 2.5K resolution display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 360Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 600nits of peak brightness, Dolby Vision, and 1.07 billion colours. An octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, which it claims to deliver a peak clock speed of 2.7GHz. The tablet also features an Adreno 810 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage.

It carries a single 13MP primary camera sensor, and on the front, there is an 8MP front-facing camera sensor for selfies and video calling. The Redmi Pad 2 Pro is capable of shooting up to 1080p resolution videos at up to 60fps. This tablet houses a 12000mAh battery with support for 33W wired fast charging and 27W wired reverse charging.
