Redmi K90 Max launching this month with gamer-focused features

New Delhi: Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it’s going to unveil its latest Redmi K90 Max later this month, with several key features having been revealed by the company. Redmi K90 Max is going to arrive soon in India, and it will also unveil an active air-cooling system, marking the first for the Redmi K-series.

This cooling setup also includes a redesigned internal fan and airflow structure focused on improving the sustained performance during expanded gaming sessions. Xiaomi has also claimed that the system can reduce device temperature.

The cooling system of the Redmi K90 Max will use a large fan measuring 18.1mm in size, which is around 6% larger than standard solutions, and it is also claimed to deliver up to 1.3 times higher air intake. Airflow design includes vertical intake and forward-titled fan blades to improve efficiency.

Airflow utilization will improve by up to 40% via vortex-style air duct and metal guide fins that will direct air towards heat sources such as the processor.

Xiaomi also claims that noise control has been improved compared to existing active cooling implementations. Redmi K90 Max will feature a next-generation flagship chip and dual-core performance architecture. Xiaomi is yet to confirm the exact processor. This device will include a 165Hz refresh rate.

This device has been optimized for e-sports by including touch response, network performance, audio output, and eye protection features. These improvements are designed to support stable performance during long gaming sessions with thermal management.
