New Delhi: Redmi is gearing up to extend its Redmi 15 series with its upcoming launch in India. Redmi is going to introduce its Redmi 15A, which is going to be unveiled on March 27. Redmi has also revealed several specifications of the upcoming Redmi 15A.
This upcoming device will be powered by an octa-core processor and will house a 6300mAh battery. This series currently consists of Redmi 15 and Redmi 15C devices.
Redmi has also teased its upcoming launch of the Redmi 15A on the X platform, where they have posted a dedicated microsite that has also gone live, unveiling key specifications. The Redmi 15A will feature a segment-largest and smoothest display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is equipped with an Octa-core processor; the exact chip has not yet been disclosed. In terms of the camera, Redmi has also claimed that the device will offer a Hi-Res dual camera. This device will be available in at least three colour options: Black, Blue, and Pink.
Redmi 15A is now expected to be priced below the Redmi 15. Whereas if we discuss the Redmi 15 specifications, it was featured with a 6.9-inch FHD+ Adaptive Sync display with up to 144Hz of refresh rate, alongside TUV Rheinland triple certification for eye comfort.
It is paired with Dolby-certified speakers that are claimed to deliver up to 200% volume for the enhanced multimedia experience.
It was powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor. This device offers up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 onboard storage. It was houses with the 7,000mAh battery with 33W wired charging and 18W reverse charging.
