New Delhi: Realme has recently reported that they are now fully ready to unveil their latest Realme 16 Pro series in India, after launching their most-awaited Realme GT 8 Pro series. Realme is going to make some bangers in the global market. The series will be launched on January 6, and the lineup may include two devices, the Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro Plus. The company has not officially revealed any details about the launch. It is to be noted that during the Realme 15 series launch, the company confirmed that a Pro Plus model would not be included as part of its lineup, as it planned to simplify the product line.
The standard Realme 16 Pro is likely to feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, making it the entry option in the lineup. The device might also offer configurations with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage, offering four memory options in India. The device is also stated to come in grey, gold and purple finishes, moving away from the Realme 15 Pro’s Flowing Silver, Silk Purple and Velvet Green finishes. The Realme 16 Pro is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. Realme 16 Pro is likely to come in at 7.75mm and weigh roughly 192g.
Realme has also reported that it seems ready to upgrade the camera setup in a big way this time. The sources also suggested that the device might get a dual rear camera setup system, which might include a 200MP primary camera sensor and an 8MP secondary camera sensor. This would be a noticeable jump from the Realme 15 Pro’s dual 50MP camera setup that users have seen in this series of devices. At the front, a 50MP camera is also expected to take place in this upcoming Realme 16 Pro for selfies and video calling. This is another model like the Realme 16 Pro Plus. In these reports, it is suggested that it might include a telephoto camera sensor, but if we discuss the performance and processor part, no details have been revealed yet by any sources. So, it will be a question and a surprise for the users to think which processor is going to take place in these two devices.
