New Delhi: Realme has recently unveiled its Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ globally. But they don’t release the standard Realme 16. In some sources, it has rumoured that Realme might soon introduce the Realme 16. In some reports, it has suggested that the Realme 16 might feature a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500nits of peak brightness. The display has AGC DT-Star D+ Shield glass for scratch and drop protection. The device itself carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K dust and water resistance ratings.
It may carry a 50MP primary camera sensor and a 2MP secondary lens. It features a 50MP primary camera sensor for selfies and video calling. The device may support video recording at 1080p resolution. Realme 16 may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. It is also stated to support storage expansion through a microSD card. The device will run on Android 16-based firmware.
The Realme 16 is expected to house a 7000mAh battery with 60W wired fast charging support. While the company has yet to confirm its existence, the purported smartphone has surfaced through a retailer listing, revealing some of the key specifications and hinting towards its imminent debut in select markets.
