New Delhi: Oura has officially entered in Indian market and with this they are coming its latest Oura Ring 4. The Finnish health tech brand stated that the wearable focuses on the sleep, activity and recovery tracking, positioning itself as the health monitoring device that can be worn throughout the day and night.
It is priced at Rs 28,900 this device will going to available for purchase in India started from March 18, and it is currently available to purchase.
The company has also released report titled India: The State of Sleep 2026 which examines sleep patterns among Oura global dataset. Indian users average 6 hours and 28 minutes of sleep per night, which around 40 minutes less than the longest-sleeping countries in the company’s global dataset.
The findings also suggested lower levels of rapid eye movement and deep sleep among the Indian users compared to the global averages.
Oura Ring 4 is especially designed as the compact wearable that tracks the health and wellness metrics using the sensors built into the ring form factor. The device can also monitor over more than 50 health and wellness indicators, by including sleep patterns, activity levels and recovery metrics.
Ring also uses the sensing system with the multiple signal pathways and sensors designed to measure biometric signals and translate them into health insights via the Oura mobile application which is available on both Android and iOS.
The device is been built from the titanium and especially is deigned to be worn throughout the day, including the during sleep. Sensors are been recessed within the ring to reduce the contact pressure and improve comfort during the continuous use. Oura Ring 4 will be available in 12 sizes, is intended to accommodate wide range of the users. It also offers in six finishes which includes: Black, Silver, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold and Rose Gold.
