New Delhi: Oppo has officially announced and confirmed that its next-generation flagship performance, the most-awaited Find X9 Ultra, is going to make its global debut later this year, with an India unveil also expected to be around a similar timeline. Oppo has announced that the Find X9 Ultra will be available during the MWC 2026.
Oppo has also positioned it as a camera-first device, expected to double down on the advanced mobile imaging area where Oppo has steadily built its reputation.
Find X9 Ultra will be Oppo’s most advanced imaging system to date, co-developed with Hasselblad. This collaboration will continue Oppo’s focus on professional-grade photography by combining the next-generation optical engineering with colour tuned for more natural and detailed output.
Oppo is now gearing up for a significantly upgraded quad-camera system by including a 200MP main camera sensor paired with a 200MP 3x telephoto lens. The device is tipped to feature a 50MP periscope camera with up to 10x optical zoom and a 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor, making it one of the most ambitious camera setups that the brand has attempted so far.
It should improve low-light performance and overall image detail. The Ultra model is expected to bring improved computational photography powered by the updated AI algorithms to refine the zoom clarity, portrait output, and colour accuracy. Oppo confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra will house the massive 7,000mAh battery pack. Oppo Find X9 Ultra is also expected to offer high-speed wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.
It features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3600nits of peak brightness. The device is going to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor built on the 3nm process, which is coupled with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 onboard storage.
It also carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Out of the box, it is expected to run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
