OPPO K14 5G launch teased with monster battery upgrade

New Delhi: Oppo is gearing up to expand its K14 series by introducing the standard K14 model that will debut in India on March 9, with the dedicated microsite on the e-commerce platform Flipkart. Oppo K14 is expected to come with a massive monster 7,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.

It is also expected to feature a prism-style design on the back panel. This upcoming device might feature a rectangular rear camera module with a dual rear camera setup, whereas the Oppo K14x has vertically aligned sensors, which are positioned separately from the LED flash.

It is going to feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to come with a 50MP main camera sensor, which is coupled with a 2MP depth sensor, and on the front, there will be a 16MP primary camera sensor for selfies and video calling.

This device is going to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor.

In terms of battery, it is going to houses with the massive 7,000mAh battery as the K13, but the charging speed has been reduced from 80W to 45W, which might be a drawback that Oppo K14 is going to have this time. Many of the users will ask why this is happening in the standard variant.

The teaser also shows that the device is available in two colour options: White and Dark Purple. Oppo hasn’t revealed any other specifications of the standard K14 other than its battery details.
