New Delhi: Oppo is planning something big this time. The reason behind saying this is that, recently, in many rumours, it is expected that Oppo will unveil its Oppo Find X9 series in India, and along with this, they have also announced that their latest ColorOS 16 update is going to roll out in flagship devices. But in some recent reports, Oppo has dropped a latest teaser of its latest Reno 15 series, which is going to be unveiled soon in India. Oppo has revealed the design of both devices that are going to come in the Reno 15 series, with the colour options. The Reno 15 mini variant is also rumoured to be in the works, but Oppo has not mentioned it yet.
The Reno 15 series follows a similar design to the Reno 14 series launched earlier this year. Both devices come with a triple camera setup at the rear in a square module design. However, there is the latest Reno branding on the camera module to differentiate the lineup. Oppo Reno 15 will come with three colours: Starlight Bow, Aurora Blue, and Canele Brown. The Starlight Bow and Aurora Blue get the special designs on the back of the device, while the Canele Brown variant keeps things clean. The Oppo Reno 15 Pro will come in Starlight Bow, Honey Gold, and Canele Brown.
The base variant of Reno 15 will come in five storage variants, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. Oppo Reno 15 series is rumoured to come with a triple rear camera setup, which will likely include a 200MP primary camera sensor, along with a 50MP ultra-wide camera lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. On the front, there will be a 50MP selfie shooter camera sensor, and it is expected that it will include, but there is no confirmed detail yet revealed by the company. The Reno 15 series will consist of the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro and Reno 15 Mini, which may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor. All of the devices will likely pack a 120Hz refresh rate and an AMOLED display, and come with fast charging support.
Oppo might launch the Reno 15 series in China on November 17, and it is expected that the company will introduce the Reno 15 series in India in December. There is only a little information available regarding the prices of the Reno 15 series in India. It may remain unchanged from the Reno 14 series. The Oppo Reno 14 was launched in India at Rs 39,999, and the Reno 14 Pro was priced at Rs 49,999. But no confirmed pricing details have been revealed yet.
