New Delhi: OnePlus has finally announced that it will launch the most-awaited device, the OnePlus 15R, in India, but this OnePlus has also confirmed that, along with this, they will also unveil their second-generation OnePlus Pad Go 2 on December 17. Both devices will go on sale immediately after the release. OnePlus has already shared several details about the OnePlus 15R, which include design elements and durability features. OnePlus has also confirmed that the upcoming OnePlus 15R will debut with two colour options: Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze.

These devices will come with the flat metal mid-frame, and they will adopt the refreshed camera module design used on the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus 13s. Preview images also indicate that the OnePlus 15R will carry a dual-camera setup on the rear, suggesting that the telephoto lens introduced on the previous generation has been removed this time. The company also revealed that the OnePlus 15R will come with an extensive list of durability certifications, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K protection against dust and water splash resistance.
This OnePlus 15R comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and the highest 165Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage. It includes a 50MP primary camera sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie shooter. It will come with a massive 8000mAh battery pack, according to some sources. It will come with the 100W wired fast charging support.
OnePlus has also confirmed that, along with the OnePlus 15R device, they will also unveil the second-generation OnePlus Pad Go 2, which will be available in Shadow Black and Lavender Drift colour options. The Shadow Black model will be the first OnePlus tablet to support 5G connectivity. The tablet will also come with the latest OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, marking the debut of an integrated stylus for the Pad Go series. It will come with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. There is not much information about the OnePlus Pad Go 2, but it still confirms that this second-generation tablet will be a banger this time.
