New Delhi: So finally, OnePlus has recently launched the Pad Go 2, its first 5G capable tablet, which features a larger 12.1-inch display, enhanced performance, and stylus support. The tablet starts at Rs 26,999 in India, and it is available from December 18. The tablet brings some significant upgrades over its predecessor with the 2.8K resolution display boasting 120Hz of refresh rate, 900 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision support. OnePlus has maintained the 7:5 ReadFit aspect ratio, which provides 14% more active screen area than traditional 16:10 displays for reading and productivity tasks.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor built on 4nm architecture. The Pad Go 2 offers substantial performance improvements over the previous Helio G99 processor. It comes with the 8GB LPDDR5X Ram and storage option of 128GB UFS 3.1. The tablet features an impressive 10,050mAh battery supporting 33W SuperVOOC fast charging, delivering up to 15 hours of video playback and 60 days of standby time. Four speakers with Omnibearing Sound Field technology ensure impressive audio. Additionally, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo offers 4,096 pressure sensitivity levels and up to 20 hours of battery life. Just 10 minutes of charging provides 12 hours of usage. The stylus enables handwriting recognition, mathematical calculations and quick note-taking features.
Running on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, the tablet supports Open Canvas multitasking with split screen and floating windows. AI-powered features include AI Writer, AI Recorder, and AI Editor tools for enhanced productivity. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is priced at Rs 26,999. This tablet is available in Lavender Drift and Shadow Black finishes; only the Shadow Black version offers 5G connectivity.
