New Delhi: Now it has been a long time since users have seen the OnePlus’s latest Nord series after Nord 5. They have unveiled the OnePlus 15, which is their most flagship and now most impressive device that users are loving. But in some reports, it has been reported that OnePlus is soon to launch its latest Nord series in India. However, in China, OnePlus is going to unveil its latest OnePlus Turbo 6 series, and now there are high expectations that this OnePlus Turbo 6 series is going to launch in India as the OnePlus Nord 6 series. Based on all these reports, it is expected that the specifications of the OnePlus Turbo 6 series will be similar when OnePlus launches the Nord 6 in India.
This latest Turbo series is expected to be a much more powerful device, and that is where all of the excitement lies. It is also confirmed that the device will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, which is going to be paired with the LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 onboard storage. OnePlus will bring this exact hardware to India under the Nord 6 name. It would be a noticeable jump over the OnePlus Nord 5 in day-to-day speed as well as gaming performance.
The processors are also expected to comfortably handle the high refresh rate displays. OnePlus is likely to offer a 165Hz refresh rate for the Turbo 6, along with the 1.5K resolution panel. This refresh rate was earlier seen on the newly launched OnePlus 15 and 15R, and its arrival in the Nord lineup would clearly signal a stronger focus on gamers and power users.
The battery pack would be the most highlighted part in this Turbo 6 series. The reason behind this is that, in some reports, OnePlus has confirmed that it will offer a massive 9,000mAh battery, which is carried over to the Indian version, and could become the largest battery ever on a device sold in the country. The device will support 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse charging. The device is confirmed to carry an IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings, offering resistance against dust, water, and even high-pressure water jets. It comes with a dual rear setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Users can expect a 32MP primary camera sensor for selfies and video calling. Pricing is still unclear, so that will be the most crucial part for the Indian users who are waiting for the Nord series.
