The smart tag leverages work with both of the networks Find My Device Network for Android users and Find My Network which works for Apple users. The Noise Tag 1 features a Ring Mode to aid the locating of misplaced items by triggering a loud 90dB sound. The Lost Mode sends a direct notification to the smartphone if the tags disconnect from a specific distance. The Network mode in Tag 1 takes advantage of a large network of Android and iOS users to help locate lost items if they are out of immediate range. This Noise Tag 1 claims that this device offers a one-year battery life, with IPX4 splash resistance.
