New Delhi: Motorola is set to join the ultra-thin smartphone market, and this tech giant is going to compete with the iPhone Air and the Samsung S25 Edge, and in this race, firstly Samsung, Apple, Tecno and then Motorola. This latest and upcoming Motorola device will be known as the X70 Air in China and the Edge 70 globally. While the X70 Air is going to launch this month, details about the Edge 70 have not been correctly released yet on many sources. The mystery surrounding the international launch of the Motorola Edge 70 has been partially lifted.
One standout feature of the latest Edge 70 is its battery pack; it boasts a 4800mAh battery, which surpasses both the Samsung S25 Edge and iPhone Air but falls short of Tecno’s offering. Additionally, it is going to support fast charging with the 68W wired option, ensuring quick power-ups for users on the go. Recent leaks suggest that the Motorola Edge 70 will be remarkably thin, measuring under 6mm. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate its camera setup with the 50MP primary camera with OIS support, complemented by an ultra-wide lens offering a 120-degree field of view.
The audio experience on the Edge 70 promises to be much impressive too; it features stereo speakers enhanced by Dolby Atmos support, ensuring high-quality sound for media consumption and calls alike. The anticipation surrounding Motorola’s entry into this competitive segment is visible. With its sleek design and robust features, the Edge 70 aims to capture attention in both domestic and international markets.
