New Delhi: Honor has recently announced its latest AI-based operating system, MagicOS 10, at its first Global Developer Conference in Shenzhen. The company is promoting the latest OS as its first AI agent operating system with self-evolving features. Along with the MagicOS 10, Honor also outlined its updated ecosystem strategy, named 1x3xN, and an enhanced Honor AI Connect platform. The 1 in this strategy represents making Honor’s AI stack available to its partners globally. The three refer to the three specific areas of the support offered to these partners: ecosystem, channel, and technology and brand assistance. The N signifies the strategy’s intention to apply across the various industry groups, including the education and office, smart home, audio, wearables, toys, and pet-related products.
MagicOS 10 marks a transition from the conventional operating system to an AI-based OS for Honor. It shifts from the basic device cloud coordination to an agent-centric model designed to enhance the intelligence. The platform focuses on creating a connected ecosystem that integrates AI collaboration across devices. MagicOS 10 introduces an updated version of YOYO with the agentic capabilities that will allow it to perceive, recall, and act, powered by Honor’s MagicLM 3.0. With a single tap, users can ask YOYO to perform daily tasks and creative processes such as AI-assisted colour grading using Magic Colour, command-based image editing, and services like food ordering, shopping, and booking rides.
Honor has collaborated with over more than 200 ecosystem partners and offers free IoT connectivity, through its partner programs. Through initiatives like the Honor Alpha Flagship Store and additional access programs, the company provides resources to support a foster human-centred innovation ecosystem. Looking ahead, Honor aims to continue open collaboration with the global partners to co-develop the AI device ecosystem and advance the evolution of the AI-driven operating system.
