New Delhi: OnePlus has recently reported they are gearing up to expand its flagship OnePlus 15 series with the latest compact device. The device is expected to be called the OnePlus 15T. The details surfaced online suggested that the device will likely be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, focusing on performance in a smaller form factor. The device is expected to house the massive 7000mAh battery. The device is also expected to debut in China sometime in the first half of 2026. A device with similar specifications could be introduced in India at a later stage under a different name, possibly OnePlus 15s. However, the company has not yet shared any of the official details to date.
The OnePlus 15T is expected to feature a 6.3-inch flat AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The phone might come with a metal frame and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor placed under the display. Despite its compact size, the OnePlus 15T could house a battery larger than 7000mAh. The OnePlus 15T device is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
For imaging, the OnePlus 15T is stated to come with a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera sensor and a 50MP telephoto camera sensor. The reports also suggested that the device’s focus is on optical zoom rather than adding multiple camera sensors. OnePlus is also stated to be testing the latest accessories, including a magnetic snap-on case that may be available in white and grey colour options.
