New Delhi: So finally, after this much waiting, iQOO has officially announced the date for its upcoming beast in the Indian market. Yes, iQOO is going to launch its iQOO 15R on February 24. Along with the launch date, they have also shared the back panel design of the iQOO 15R on their X platform. The shared image shows that the upcoming iQOO 15R has a square floating camera module with rounded edges, a design that closely mirrors the flagship iQOO 15, while the LED flash appears to be positioned separately outside the camera module.
The back panel design is one of the most highlighted parts in this device because it comes with the dual-tone chequered pattern and appears in the grey colour option in the image that they have shared on the X platform. It also confirmed that iQOO 15R will run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box, and the company has also confirmed that iQOO 15R is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. It features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate for a better gaming experience. It is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 onboard storage.
In terms of the camera, it comes with a 200MP primary camera sensor with an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor, and on the front, there is a 32MP primary camera sensor for selfies and video calling. It houses a massive 7,600mAh battery pack with 100W super-fast wired charging support, which is included in the box. This was all about the upcoming iQOO 15R, which has been rumoured by some reports.
