Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max debuts with 100W charging and advanced cameras

New Delhi: Huawei has officially announced its Huawei Pura 90 series, which includes the Huawei Pura 90 Pro and Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max. However, Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max is most highlighted for a massive 1/1.28-inch periscope telephoto sensor of 200MP with f/2.6 aperture.

It also gets the benefits from CIPA 7.0 image stabilization. First-ever Huawei device comes with a Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor sensor, which is used on its 50MP RYYB main shooter.

It also comes with the support of a 10-stop variable f/1.4-4.0 aperture and OIS. The third module on the back of the Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max is a 40MP ultra-wide with an f/2.2 aperture.

Meanwhile, Huawei Pura 90 Pro comes with a 50MP RYYB main camera with a 1/1.28 sensor, an f/1.4-4.0 variable aperture, and OIS. It also comes with a 50MP telephoto with an f/2.1 aperture and a 4x optical zoom.

Both devices are powered by Huawei’s in-house Kirin 9030S processor, and the company claims that they can deliver 200% image NPU capabilities as well as varying AI ISP gains. Both Huawei Pura 90 Pro models come with a 6000mAh battery, which supports 100W wired and 80W wireless charging. Out of the box, both come with HarmonyOS 6.1 build, complete with a native agentic AI assistant.

Huawei Pura 90 Pro features a 6.6-inch LTPO OLED display, whereas Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max features a 6.9-inch LTPO OLED display. Both devices come with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Both features with a 13MP front-facing camera sensor for selfies and video calling.
