New Delhi: Google Play Store has recently unveiled its latest feature, which now helps users find out which of the streaming applications offer the movies or TV shows they want to watch. These features will save time that would otherwise be spent searching across multiple platforms. By simply using the Google Play Store Search tab, users can see a list of applications whose titles can be streamed, rented, or purchased. This tool is helpful for movie nights, weekend binges, or discovering where the newly trending series is now available in India. The process works directly in the Play Store and helps users locate the correct application, even by allowing users to install it if needed.
If the users don’t even know how to use this latest feature, simply follow these steps:
- Open the updated version of the Google Play Store application on an Android device.
- Tap the Search bar at the top.
- Please type the name of the movie and show those users who wanted it.
- If the feature is available on your device, users will see a where to watch section or card.
This card will show the streaming platforms where the title is available, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, ZEE5, Sony LIV or others. Users may also see whether the title can be rented or purchased on platforms like YouTube Movies and Google Play Movies. If the users don’t have the required application installed, they can tap Install directly from the search result. It is important to note that the feature is being rolled out gradually, so it may take time to appear for every user. Filtering to only application users who already subscribe to it is also not currently supported.
The Google Play Store, which makes it easier to discover where users can stream content, makes it easier to plan what to watch without opening multiple applications. This feature offers a quick way to track down files and shows, including Bollywood blockbusters or popular Indian web series and start watching with just a tap.
