New Delhi: Google has officially announced its Pixel 11 series, which was the most awaited series for tech enthusiasts. Google has introduced four Pixel 11 series devices, which include: Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Google’s main Pixel 11 announcement specifically covers the first three, while the Pro Fold has a separate announcement.
Google Pixel 11
It features a 6.3-inch Actua display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It retains the compact form factor of the earlier generations. The Pixel 11 has a bright, immersive Actua display and a satin-metal frame with a polished glass back. It is powered by the Google Tensor G6 chip, which is the fastest and most powerful Tensor chip that Google has created for its Pixel 11 series. It is coupled with the latest Gemini Nano model for on-device AI processing.
Tensor G6 delivers 25% faster web browsing, 15% faster app launches, 50% more TPU compute, and up to 3.5x faster on-device AI processing, and up to 3.5x lower energy consumption for certain AI workloads. It is offered with 12GB RAM and 512GB onboard storage. Google’s India announcements confirm that the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL start as 256GB base variants.
Pixel 11 comes with a 48MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8MP 5x telephoto camera sensor. On the front, it has a 10.5MP primary camera for selfies and video calling. The latest main sensor is larger and offers 56% more light sensitivity compared with Pixel 10. The 5x telephoto camera also gets a significant software boost via Tensor G6, enabling up to 30x Super Zoom. Magic Capture is particularly interesting; it lets users capture a sequence of photos and video with a single shutter action, making it easier to record an entire moment instead of just one frame. The series also gets faster low-light photography via Instant Night Sight.
Google Pixel 11 Pro
It comes with a 6.3-inch Super Actua display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. A major upgrade is that Google called this the brightest-ever Super Actua display, reaching up to 3,6000nits. The company also added the latest anti-scratch coating that it stated offers more than twice the scratch resistance of the earlier generation.
There is a 50MP primary camera sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, a 48MP telephoto camera, and on the front there is a 42MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling. The latest 48MP telephoto uses a larger sensor with 30% more light sensitivity. It supports 5x optical telephoto, portrait mode at 5x and up to 120x Pro zoom. The 120x capability is heavily dependent on computational photography and Google’s imaging models. Pro models also unveil more advanced video capabilities by including 8K Pro Stable Video.
Google Pixel 11 Pro XL
Pixel 11 Pro XL essentially takes the Pro’s camera and performance package and puts it into a larger body. It gets a 6.8-inch Super Actua display with a 3,600nits peak brightness, making it Google’s brightest Pixel display generation to date.
In terms of camera hardware, it gets a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 48MP telephoto camera sensor. On the front, it has a 42MP main camera sensor for selfies and video calling. It gets similar 5x telephoto, 5x Portrait Mode, and 30% greater telephoto light sensitivity up to 120x Pro Zoom, and faster Night Sight.
Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold
Google has positioned the Pixel 11 Pro Fold as its most sophisticated foldable. It has a large foldable inner OLED display and an external cover display, both of which support high refresh rates. The inner screen is around 8 inches, and the cover display is around 6.3 inches. It is powered by the Google Tensor G6 coupled with 16GB RAM and 1TB onboard storage. The foldable uses a triple rear camera system consisting of roughly a 48MP main camera, a 10.5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8MP 5x telephoto camera.
Google stated that the Pixel 11 Pro Fold has IP68 water and dust resistance, thinner bezels, and substantially improved durability compared with the earlier generation. Google claims that it is three times as durable as the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
Tensor G6 Chip
The Tensor G6 is specially designed around AI, camera processing and efficiency, instead of simply chasing benchmark performance. Tensor G6 and Titan M3 work together to offer protection against current and future threats by including potential quantum-computing attacks.
Pixel 11 generation is specially designed around Gemini Intelligence, with Tensor G6 running the latest Gemini Nano model. The company is pushing more proactive assistance, which means Gemini isn’t simply positioned as a chatbot. Google wants to understand context and offer help at the appropriate moment. However, in the teaser we have all seen, the HiLight is a set of coloured LEDs positioned around the camera flash on the rear of the device.
Battery
Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL support Pixelsnap and Qi2.2 wireless charging, with Google specifically confirming 25W Qi2.2 compatibility on the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro. Google stated that the Pixel 11 Pro XL can add up to 15 hours of battery life in 15 minutes by using the appropriate wired charger.

All three are available for pre-order, with retail availability beginning from August 20, 2026.
