New Delhi: Google has officially released its first teaser for its upcoming Pixel 11 Pro, by offering the most clearest official look yet at this upcoming Pixel Glow feature ahead of the Made by Google event which is on August 12, 2026.
This official teaser showcases a small, multi-colored LED light integrated into the Pixel 11 Pro’s iconic rear camera bar. Unlike Nothing’s full Glyph Interface, Google is taking a more subtle approach with the compact notification light. Pixel Glow is expected to light up in different colors and animations for notifications such as messages, calls, alarms, and reminders by enabling users to identify alerts without turning on the display.

While Google hasn’t officially confirmed its functionality, reports also indicated that the latest Pixel Glow feature might going to interact with Gemini AI by displaying visual cues when AI features are active or responding. The glowing LED appears to replace or occupy the area where the temperature sensor was located on the earlier Pixel Pro models. Google will introduce its Pixel 11 lineup on August 12, with pre-orders opening immediately after the event.
It is going to be powered by Google’s Tensor G6 chipset with Android 17 out of the box. There will be a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 48MP 5x telephoto camera sensor. It will have up to 1TB of onboard storage and 45W wired charging support. There will be Qi2 wireless charging support, and it is expected to house 256GB of onboard storage.
Google has recently appears to be reviving the classic notification LED in a modern way. Rather than large LED strips like Nothing’s Glyph Interface, Pixel Glow aims for a minimal, elegant notification system that blends into the camera bar while adding visual alerts and potentially deeper AI interactions.
