Google may refresh foldable design with Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold

New Delhi: Google has been reported to be gearing up for its upcoming Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Computer-Aided Design renders have surfaced on the web.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is expected to look a lot like its previous generation fold device, with several changes in thickness, camera module placement, and much more. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold is likely to measure 10.1mm in thickness when it is folded, and 4.8mm when it is unfolded.

Pixel 10 Pro Fold measures 10.8mm in thickness when it is folded and 5.2mm when it is unfolded. Google’smight be returning with the protective camera lenses that the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Rather than the LED flash and microphone resting beside the lenses and on the camera module, they will now be included in the pill-shaped lens.

It is also expected that the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will switch to a MediaTek modem, as compared to the Samsung modem, which was seen in the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

It might also be integrated with the latest face unlock hardware. The height and width are expected to remain unchanged, at 155.2mm tall and 150.4mm when it is unfolded. Google is likely to continue with its in-house chip for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, which is expected to come with the Tensor G6 processor.

Google has not yet confirmed anything with the regard to its next generation of upcoming foldable smartphone. Pixel 11 Pro Fold is expected to be introduced in August this year.
