Google expands Nano Banana AI now live in Lens and NotebookLM

New Delhi: Google’s latest incredible move for their most viral image generation model, Nano Banana, the most viral image editing model, is coming to Google Lens and NotebookLM. Nano Banana is already available in the Gemini application for image editing and creation. Now, with the latest Google update, users can directly snap a photo in Google Lens and ask Nano Banana to create something new and unique. Users can also snap a selfie and enter a prompt to transform their image into a different style. Users can open the Google application and tap the Lens icon to use the latest feature.

Google has also integrated Nano Banana into the NotebookLM as well. In July, Google introduced Video Overviews on NotebookLM, which allows users to generate narrated videos with the slideshows. Now, Google said that Nano Banana will be generating helpful and contextual illustrations for the Video Overviews in NotebookLM.

There will be six styles to choose from: Watermelon, Papercraft, Anime, Whiteboard, Retro Print and Heritage. Nano Banana will generate the visuals, and NotebookLM will create the final video. Users can choose if they want a longer explainer-type video or a bite-sized Brief video. This NotebookLM upgrade is the first rolling out to Pro users this week. In the coming weeks, all NotebookLM users will get the latest features. Meanwhile, Google also says that Nano Banana is coming to Google Photos pretty soon.
