New Delhi: Sony announced their eight latest additions to its PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue, which are going to arrive on October 21, and in this, the highlighted games are the Silent Hill 2 remake and the remastered PS5 version of Until Dawn. This October is going to be horror-heavy. The selection brings PlayStation Plus extra and the Premium subscribers access to the Bloober Team’s reimagining of the 2001 psychological horror classic Silent Hill 2, which is going to come with the protagonist James Sunderland’s journey through the fog-shrouded town.

This remake leverages the PS5 hardware for the enhanced visuals and the audio designed to intensify the original’s psychological terror. Until Dawn returns in the ground-up PS5 rebuild of the 2015 slasher horror, where the players’ choices determine which of the eight friends survive their nightmare at an isolated mountain lodge. The title was initially launched as a PlayStation 4 exclusive.
The October Game Catalogue entries include the vampire survival RPG V Rising, which is going to support the solo, co-op, and multiplayer modes, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, which comes with the dynamic RPG combat with the 19 unique character classes, and the indie titles Poppy Playtime Chapter 1, As Dusk Falls, and Wizard with a Gun.
PlayStation Plus Premium Subscribers will also gain access to Tekken 3, the 1998 PlayStation classic, which will now be enhanced with modern features, including up-rendering, rewind functionality, and quick save options.
